The report presents some arguments supporting the exceptional case of Moldova within the Eastern Partnership. If the EU is willing to confirm its commitment concerning the Eastern dimension of the ENP and its availability to make the Eastern Partnership a substantial policy, it wouldn't found a better occasion to encourage the currently adopted direction of Moldova. It is a common agreement among the experts, that the Eastern Partnership lacks a clear perspective and a successful story.
