EASTERN PARTNERSHIP A new framework for a better cooperation: Romania-Ukraine-R.Moldova

The Romanian Center for European Policies and the Institute of World Policy (Ukraine) are launching the report “A new framework for better cooperation Romania-Ukraine-Moldova” by Dragos Dinu and Ludmila Gamurari.

 

The objective of the paper is to provide an independent overview of the Joint trilateral program, insisting on the feedback from the beneficiaries and focused on the people to people dimension. In the same time some recommendations are put forward for the decision-makers in respect to possible improvements to the program.

 

This policy brief is elaborated in the context of the Romanian – Ukrainian Civil Society Forum project the Romanian Center for European Policies (CRPE) is implementing in partnership with the Kiev-based Institute of World Policy (IWP).

 

The project is aiming at supporting the relation between the representatives of civil society from Romania and Ukraine and developing an expertise network – officials, experts, NGOs – from both states. The projects intends toprovide independent expertise to decision-makers from Ukraine and Romania who are involved in managing the bilateral relations and to increase the institutional capacity of both states regarding the development of common projects.
